Barcelona rules the world.FC Barcelona defeated the winner of Copa Libertadores Estudiantes LP 2:1 in the final of FIFA Club World Cup 2009. held in UAE and took the crown for being the best club in the world at the moment.No one can deny their success as they won 6 titles this season,something no other club in the world has ever accomplished.The first title of the season,FC Barcelona won,was Copa del Rey when they defeated Athletic Bilbao 4:1 at the Mestalla Stadium.Then they became the champions of La Liga.Several days later Barca won UEFA Champions League at Stadio Olimpico in Rome where they defeated Manchester United 2:0.FC Barcelona was the first club in Spanish history to have won three competitions in one season called the Treble.After the season 2008./2009. FC Barcelona continued their domination by beating Athletic Bilbao 5:1 on aggregate in Supercopa de Espana.Then Barca was successful at beating Shaktar Donetsk 1:0 for the UEFA Super Cup.
And now for the first time ever FC Barcelona has achieved something no other club in the world has managed to accomplish.On 19.12.2009. they won their 6th title in one year/season.At FIFA Club World Cup 2009.,which was held in UAE,FC Barcelona defeated Estudiantes LP 2:1 in the final of that competition and therefore became the best club in the world with 6 titles won in just one season.The success of such an achievement is by far greater when the stats are mentioned meaning FC Barcelona would probably never accomplish something like this if it wasn’t for their new coach Josep “Pep” Guardiola who took Barca over after the resignation of Frank Rijkaard and ever since,as the new coach of his first big club,all he’s done is making the club better and better,improving it in every department.It is visible with the club’s overall performance this year and season.So,when everything is said and done,facts say that he has achieved something any other coach would like to achieve too in his coaching debut season.Or at least dream about it.
Once again FC Barcelona along with their coach have won 6 titles this year and season making them the best club in the whole world.
